Tiny Athletes — Ages 7-8
Fun movement games, coordination drills, bodyweight only. 20-25 min sessions, 3x/week. A parent's dream for keeping kids active.
Youth — Ages 9-11
Sport skill layering, body control, and acceleration. Ladder work, agility drills, and sport-specific training. 40-45 min, 3x/week.
Middle School — Ages 12-14
Strength introduction, competition prep, full SAE block. 50-55 min sessions, 4x/week. Built for athletes who are serious about their sport.
