1. Who We Are

TrainPerformWin ("we", "us", or "our") operates the TrainPerformWin mobile application and website at trainperformwin.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account information — your email address and encrypted password, used to create and access your account.
Plan configuration — your fitness plan settings (age, goal weight, start date, sport selections, equipment preference). This is stored so your plan is available across devices.
Workout activity — which workouts you mark as complete and when. Used to track your progress.
Weight check-ins — body weight values you voluntarily log. Used to track progress toward your goal.
Device information — basic device and OS information collected automatically to ensure compatibility. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising.

We do not collect payment information, location data, contacts, photos, or any health data beyond what you manually enter.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To sync your plan and progress across devices
To send workout reminder notifications (only if you enable them)
To improve the app based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Row-level security ensures that each user can only access their own data.

Data is stored on servers in the United States.

5. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, we will send local reminders to help you stay on track with your workout schedule. These are scheduled on-device and do not require a server. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

TrainPerformWin offers a Youth Sport Plan designed for athletes ages 7–14. When setting up a youth plan, we collect the athlete's age and sport selections. We do not require children to create accounts — youth plans are managed under a parent or guardian's account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Parents may contact us at any time to review, update, or delete their child's data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of request.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (never stored in plain text), and row-level database security. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
